| Friday 5.15pm to 6.15pm Beginners High Jump Training (U11s+) |

| Parent/Guardian must be present for training session |
| Friday 6.15pm to 7.30pm Advanced High Jump Training |
| Saturday 11am to 12.30pm (U13s+, as above) |
| Saturday 12:30pm to 2.30pm Hurdle Training |
| Parent/Guardian must be present for training session |
| Sunday 11am to 12.30pm (U13s+, as above) |
| No training on Bank Holidays |
