Tuesday 7pm to 8.30pm (U13s+)
(Children aged 12,13,14 etc) & Fit for life group
Wednesday 7pm to 8:30pm (U12s+)
(Children aged 11,12,13,14 etc)
Thursday 7pm to 8pm (Age 6yrs to Age 10yrs)
(Children aged 6,7,8,9,10)
All Children must have a parent/guardian present for the duration of training session
Friday 5.15pm to 6.15pm Beginners High Jump Training (U11s+)
(Children aged 10,11,12 etc)
Parent/Guardian must be present for training session
Friday 6.15pm to 7.30pm Advanced High Jump Training
Saturday 11am to 12.30pm (U13s+, as above)
Saturday 12:30pm to 2.30pm Hurdle Training
Parent/Guardian must be present for training session
Sunday 11am to 12.30pm (U13s+, as above)
No training on Bank Holidays

Under 16 to Under 18 will be an open event competition for Shot Putt, Long Jump and High Jump (Standard Height set on the day to be cleared to participate)

Clubs must ensure that competitors are technically competent in field events for which they are entered, as lack of technique constitutes a danger to the competitor or others.

 Starting blocks compulsory for U13 Upwards

For field events only, athletes may move up one age group where there is no competition for their age group. Maximum two field events per age. The committee reserves the right to amend the list of events without notice.

 ***** Special Tiny Tots Event (Age 5yrs Born 2013)*****

  Tiny Tots race will be the first race of the day. 30m Sprint for boys & Girls

Standards in Long Jump will apply. All athletes must be registered. Age as 2018, Under 11 and upward may wear spikes.

 Admission:    Adults €3.00 Juveniles €2.00

                       Teas, Sandwiches, etc. available on the day.

 

 

                      

 

Cross Country

Well done to our juvenile athletes, Harry and Andrew Gough and Kyle and Nia Hetherton who travelled to Bohermeen today to compete in the Meath Cross Country Championships. They all ran very well with Harry running brilliantly to claim the bronze medal in the U10 1000m. Well done to all.
