| After getting their laps run early in the morning next stop was Tullamore for some of our athletes, who were competing in the National B Championships. Aine O’Sullivan claimed gold in the Girls U15 Shot Putt a new PB and also CBP of 10.25 and earned a silver in the High Jump. Lee Callaghan won silver in the boys U12 shot putt and jumped very well in his High Jump. Armelle Gallagher narrowly missed out by a mere 3cm in her long jump competition and ran very well in her 800m. Abi Sheehy won a bronze medal in her 80m sprint and jumped very well in her long jump.
