Monday 7pm to 8pm (Ages 10yrs+)
Tuesday 7pm to 8.30pm (Ages 14yrs+)
& Fit for Life Group
Wednesday 7pm to 8:30pm (Ages 13yrs+)
Thursday 7pm to 8pm (Ages 6yrs+)
Children under the age of 10 must have a parent/guardian present 
Friday 5.30pm to 6.30pm Beginners High Jump Training
Friday 6.30pm to 7.30pm Advanced High Jump Training
Saturday 11am to 12.30pm (Age 13yrs+)
Sunday 11am to 12.30pm (Age 13yrs+)
Saturday 12:30 pm to 2:30 pm Hurdle Training (Ages 12yrs+)
No training on Bank Holidays
