TRAINING TIMES
Monday 7pm to 8pm (U10s+)
(Children aged 9,10,11,12,13 etc)
Tuesday 7pm to 8.30pm (U13s+)
(Children aged 12,13,14 etc)
& Fit for Life Group
Wednesday 7pm to 8:30pm (U13s+)
(Children aged 12,13,14 etc)
Thursday 7pm to 8pm (Ages 6yrs+)
(Children aged 6,7,8,9,10,11,12 etc)
Children under the age of 10 must have a parent/guardian present for
the duration of training session
Friday 5.30pm to 6.30pm Beginners High Jump Training (U11s+)
(Children aged 10,11,12 etc)
Parent/Guardian must be present for training session
Friday 6.30pm to 7.30pm Advanced High Jump Training
Parent/Guardian must be present for training session
Saturday 11am to 12.30pm (U13s+, as above)
Saturday 12:30pm to 1:45pm Advance Hurdle Group
Saturday 1:45pm to 3pm Beginners Hurdle Group (U12s+)
Parent/Guardian must be present for training session
Sunday 11am to 12.30pm (U13s+, as above)
No training on Bank Holidays
