Well done to Aine O’Sullivan, Amy Callaghan, Mollie White , Niamh Quinn, Loclainn Harris and Lee Callaghan who all put in great performances at Day 1 of the National Athetics Championships in Tullamore today. Aine ran very well in the heats of the U17 100m Hurdles, and both Mollie and Niamh ran very well in the heats of the U16 100m Hurdles but unfortunately none of them qualified for the finals. Loclainn Harris ran very well in his heat of the boys U15 80m Hurdles qualifying for the final and coming fifth overall. Amy jumped well in the U16 high jump event coming sixth overall while Lee put in some great throws in U14 javelin. Well done to everyone.
