On Saturday the 6th of July 2019 two of our senior team athletes competed at the U20 and U23 National Outdoor Championships in Tullamore. Elizabeth Morland won the long jump with a jump of 5.98m. She also came second in the shot put with a throw of 11.72m and third in the U23 women’s 100m hurdles with a time of 14.08s. Michael O’Sullivan came third in the U23 men’s discus with a throw of 34.66m and fifth in the shot put with a throw of 10m.
